What we collect

When you send a request we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, optional email, and information about your car, the car you want or the insurance cover you need. We also record basic technical data (IP address, date and time, page) to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To share the relevant details with our licensed partners (dealers, buyers, insurance brokers and insurers) so they can make you an offer or a quote.
• To improve our service. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and for our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us on WhatsApp at +971 50 278 2653.

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
